Harvest years

2002 harvest
The winery's first harvest was characterized by a relatively small crop. It produced a selection of aromatic wines, exhibiting strong varietal features, as well as a broad range color and taste-related qualities.

harvest 2003
This was a superior harvest. The small crops led to concentrated tastes and enabled the grapes to undergo a long maturation process.

2004 harvest
Particularly large crops, which led to a slow maturation process and a good complexity of the fruit. The vineyards, which were seven years old at the time, produced an interesting and complex fruit, with a particularly high concentration of color and taste. This enabled a large variety, both in the course of the harvest and during the blending process.

2005 harvest
One of the winery's best harvests. The grapes underwent a long and excellent maturation process, exhibiting phenolic compounds as well as an impressive balance. The white and red wines have an unusual presence and elegance.

2006 harvest
This was a challenging year, as heat waves occurred at the time of the maturation of the sugars in the vineyards. The medium-size crop led to some outstanding results with the white wines and with the aromatic red wines, in spite of the difficulties encountered in the course of the harvest.

2007 harvest
This was an excellent harvest, with crops exceeding the expected amounts. This did not harm the quality of the wines, which are complex and powerful. The harvest took longer than usual and enabled the varietals to undergo a good and long maturation process. It was a good harvest for white wines and for aging red wines.

2008 harvest
The harvest was conducted earlier than usual, due to quick and early maturations, which helped avoid the heat waves, characteristic of the month of September. The crops were smaller than usual, with limited phenolic results. The harvest is expected to yield very good white wines, as well as aromatic red wines that are exhibiting signs of aging, which points to an excellent future.
