Udi lives in Srigim, a community settlement in the Valley of Ella. He is a graduate of the Hebrew University's Political Science department. His main hobby is bike riding, on the road, but mainly along tracks.

How I Became Involved in This Project
"I knew Danny from our days at the university. Our relationship deepened when I moved to the Valley of Ella, at the time when Danny was planting the vineyards. My experience in management was in the field of real-estate, and Danny suggested that I manage the building of the winery. This involved learning how to build a top-quality winery, a convenient site from which to manage the project. This was supposed to be a short-term project, but in the course of the work, I fell in love with the entire subject of wine and decided to stay and manage the winery. Each day that goes by, I am grateful for this decision."

My Philosophy
